That's how you measure correctly

The information in the table is dimensions of the garment, not your body measurements.
It is best to put a well-fitting sweatshirt or a hoodie flat on the table and measure on this example:

• Breast width Place the top flat and measure from armpit to armpit.
  The breast width results from this distance (if required x 2 for the circumference)
• Waist width Measure at waist height (slightly below the chest) from left to right, while the
  Top is smooth on the table.
• Hip width At the bottom end of the top, measure from left to right.
• Sleeve length Measure from the shoulder's base (shoulder seam) to the end of the sleeve.

Back length / length of the item

The measure from collar base (rear, center) to hem below is the length of the T-shirt.

If your measured garment is between two sizes, the following applies:

• for a more close-to-body seat: prefer to choose the smaller size
• for more freedom of movement: better to reach for larger size
