How to measure correctly

The measurements in the table are measurements of the garment, not your body measurements.

It's best to lay a shirt flat on a table and measure as follows:

• Chest circumference: Lay the top flat and measure from armpit to armpit. Multiply the measurement by 2.
• Waist width: Measure at waist level (slightly below the chest) from left to right while the top lies flat on the table.
• Hip circumference: Measure at the bottom edge of the top from left to right. Multiply the measurement by 2.
• Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve meets the shoulder) to the sleeve end.
• Back length / garment length: Measure from the base of the collar (back, center) down to the bottom hem — this is the length of the T‑shirt.

If your measured garment falls between two sizes:

• for a closer fit: choose the smaller size
• for more freedom of movement: choose the larger size
