How much time do I have to cancel my order and what do I have to do?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods and without giving any reason by returning the goods. Please fill in the return slip enclosed with your order and enclose it with your return. 

Do I get a parcel stamp for a return?
Return shipping within Germany is completely free of charge. Packages returned with freight collect cannot be accepted by our logistics department. The post office charges 15 € penalty postage for freight collect returns. 
You can easily prepare and print the return label at en/account/retoure.

How long does the refund take? How will I be refunded?

In the event of a return, we will refund any invoice amounts already paid as quickly as possible after checking the goods. The money is usually credited within a maximum of ten days. We will always refund your money via the payment method you selected when ordering. 

How does an exchange of goods work at FORSBERG?
If you want to exchange something, please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and enclose it with your return. In this way, we can process your change request. 

Which countries does FORSBERG deliver to? How much are the postage / shipping costs?
Withing Germany, we deliver free of charge from a purchase value of 100€. The shipping costs abroad depend on where the package is to be sent. Shipping costs can be found in the postage table in the article or on the shopping cart page. Shipping and invoicing are carried out by the company GenXtreme.
